If you buy from the seller Virtual Exchanges-- hope & pray there's nothing wrong with your shoes. They sent me a pair of shoes with a manufacturing defect, and refused to refund me even when I sent in photos showing the flaw. I wanted a new pair of shoes, not factory seconds that shouldn't have made it past quality control. Here's a summary of their return policy: No exceptions for defective products-- as long as the right style, color, and size arrives; they absolve themselves of responsibility. Any damage that occurs to the item or the original shoe box as a result of shipping is also not their responsibility; they reserve the right to charge you up to a 50% restocking fee for damaged items (they include the original shoe box in that), AND they will make you pay for return shipping. Worn shoes (even if only worn once) aren't eligible for returns at all. They don't do size exchanges; you'll need to pay return shipping, subject yourself to the restocking fee, hope they give a refund (they reserve the right not to), and make a separate new order in your desired size. Unless you lead a charmed life and are willing to take the leap of faith that your shoes will arrive without damage/defect, or are prepared to spend the better part of a week battling it out between Virtual Exchanges and several tiers of Amazon Customer service to get a refund, do NOT buy from this seller.Now-- as for the shoes themselves: I ordered the Blue Multi, and it is GORGEOUS-- the facing fabric is color shift, shimmery, and just a bit metallic with shades of blue & purple on a black background. The pictures don't begin to do it justice. They are stunning, showstopping, and dark enough that even though they do have some flash and shimmer, they are not obnoxious. These are NOT novice heels. You must be comfortable wearing stilettos and platforms to walk in them. Wide widths will need to order at LEAST a full size up. I wear a 6.5w, ordered a 7.5 to be safe--and these are still too small. Unfortunately mine came with either excess glue or fabric bunched up on the toe box which ruined the finish and made it look like a highly visible stain or scuff--but if you get a pair without defects, these shoes are sure to be cherished statement heels for years.I've bought CL shoes before and they run "as expected, teeny bit tight". Same here. But you want a tight fit because these shoes are sky high. Shoes are gorgeous, fit tight, and that heel height takes getting used to. The stiletto heel was a bit scary, felt tippy. I hope I get used to it. Otherwise, lovely shoes, comfy enough for its type. Boxed, well packed, from vendor.Very nice heel I brought one before and it wasn't good any more so l just got anyone love itLUV THE SHOE BUT THE COME A BIT SMALL I WEAR A 7/2 AND I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN AN 8 BUT OTHER THAN THAT THE SHOE IS REALLY NICE AND VERY PRETTY AND THE PRICE WAS AWESOME SOME THE COLORThese shoes are for divas and professional stiletto wearers. The are stunning in person and everyone will notice them. They are comfy from what I remember, I've only worn them once. I would buy these again.I Love them...they are extremely tall but that's fine ...I love Chinese Laundry shoes... It's nice to go to the movies, dinner or something relax... not to dance... or walk distance! These is shoes are really comfortable and I love them!
