The frame is excellent quality and construction. I'm not sure yet about the liner. It looks like it's got some weak spots but that might just be marks from shipping. Sadly there were no instructions included with the product. So FYI:The frame comes with a film of protective grease over it that can be removed by using De-Solve-It, Goo Gone or any other kind of degreaser. De-Solve-It seems to work best cuz it doesn't dry out the metal.The casters will not stay in the frame unless you adjust the width of the black rubber surrounding the tops of them. In order to do that you hold the bolt just above the wheel steady and screw in the top bolt using a wrench. When the rubber is wide enough to stick but not too wide to insert install the casters in to the bottom of the frame and you're good to go.
