I took the advice of fellow buyers and sized down from a 9 to 8.5. I have a regular size foot. These fit well. I could have probably gone to a size 8 but I wanted room for my feet when they swell. I have Rheumatoid Disease and haven't been able to wear wedges or heels for some time. These platform shoes are stable for me to wear and comfortable. Now I can wear cute shoes again! Thanks Dirty Laundry for a good design and my fellow Amazon patrons for your sizing tips!Ordered in my normal 9.5 and the strap along the back was way too big, by the time I got the strap tight there was barely any Velcro to stick it too. I did return and try and size 9. I do love the shoe and how it looks and there is good arch support. The 9 fits fine and the strap is better. I’d say order a 1/2 size down. I still have to overlap my velcro about 1/2 way, but other than that it’s goodWorn out already - trying to decide if I want another pair bc they go with everything. I wish they were leather so they'd last longer ☹️These shoes are cute, but the straps are hard and stiff. Hurt toes. The velcro is not a good choice as it does not stay in place. Very trendy and comfy! I wear an 8.5 always but read reviews and ordered down to an 8 and they fit perfect. I wouldn't say I have wide feet but they are definitely not narrow so i would say these shoes run just a bit wider than average since. The Velcro is not noticeable (I was worried they would look cheap with it) and make the adjustable feature perfect. I have incredibly large ankles so finding a pair of espradrilles that didn't go around the ankle and cut off circulation was a challenge but these got it done for me!I love these shoes, and although it comes up half size too big they are comfy!! I usually wear 9, and I 8.5 would've been perfect. I wore these for carnival. I walked for 2 hours and they were really really good on the feet. 4 stars because of the sizing.They arrived and are so adorable but EXTREMELY large. I normally fit in a 10-11. I ordered an 11 to be safe- it fit like a 13!!!!! I exchanged and sized down- can’t wait for them to get here and try them on!!The show is cute and fits pretty well, however......the Velcro closure on the back is as secure as I would have hoped it would be. After walking for a short time you will have to readjust it to be tighter on your foot to keep the shoe from slipping off.
