I had read some mixed reviews about this product, but was very pleased. I had the two day shipping, it arrived right when I was told it would! The shoes fit nicely, the ankle strap was a little loose on me, but that is not out of the ordinary because I have tiny ankles. I just usually make my own hole to make it tighter. The only issue I had was not really with the product, but with my ability to walk in them. The chunky heels usually make it easier for me, but these shoes were way too tall. They were also pretty heavy. Overall I was pleased with the product, but unfortunately had to return them because I couldn't walk in them! Returning them was very easy, I got a shipping label from Amazon and a full refund!
